Electrical Services
Honest work from a licensed master electrician. Here's what I can help with.
What I Do
Every job is handled personally by a licensed master electrician with over 20 years of experience.
-
Flickering lights, tripping breakers, dead outlets, mystery circuit problems — I find the issue and fix it right. No guesswork, no upsells.
-
Whether your panel is undersized, outdated, or you need a new circuit for an appliance, EV charger, or remodel — I size it right and pull the permit.
-
Level 2 home charging installed right — load calculation, proper circuit sizing, permit, and inspection included. Xcel Energy customers may qualify for up to $500 in rebates — ask me about it.
-
New circuits, GFCI protection, under-cabinet lighting, exhaust fans — all the electrical work your remodel needs done to code.
-
Outlets, switches, dimmers, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, smoke and CO detectors — straightforward work done cleanly and correctly.
-
GFCI outlet installation and replacement
Whole-home surge protection
Smoke & CO detector installation
Recessed lighting installation
Bathroom exhaust fans
Knob & tube wiring replacement

Commercial & Light Industrial
Before Hoagie's Electric, I spent nearly 20 years working in industrial and controls environments — motor control troubleshooting, VFD repair, and PLC/control panel diagnostics across power generation, water & wastewater treatment, data center construction, light rail transit, and manufacturing facilities. That background doesn't disappear just because most of my work now is residential.
If you're a small business, production, or facility manager who needs a licensed Master Electrician who actually understands controls — not just outlets and panels — I take on commercial and industrial service calls, troubleshooting, and standing maintenance arrangements (for example, a set day each week to handle electrical service requests for a facility or operation).
This isn't cold bid work chasing every commercial job that comes up — it's steady, relationship-based work with clients who want the same directness you'd get on a residential call: one person, no dispatcher, no subcontractors, applied to more technical problems.
Request Service or Get a Free BallparkTell me about your project and I'll get back to you within one business day.
Attaching a photo or two is the fastest way to get a free rough ballpark estimate — for most straightforward installs (outlets, fixtures, EV chargers, panel work), a photo tells me what I need to know.
Ballpark estimates are free and based on the information you provide. Actual pricing may vary once I see the job in person.
For larger or more complex projects that need a full on-site scope review, I offer paid estimates at my standard rate — credited in full toward your project if we move forward.
